Scoolidge Peters Russotti & Fox, LLP was founded in 2019 by lawyers from some of the world’s best known law firms and the highest levels of government. Our attorneys have advised Fortune 500 companies, clerked for multiple federal judges, and counseled senior presidential appointees.

Our attorneys are admitted to practice in jurisdictions around the country, have represented clients in a wide range of industries, and have advised on all manner of deals. Our quality of service is every bit as high as that provided by AmLaw100 firms, but more personalized and accessible. Our clients receive a level of personal attention that cannot be matched by large firms.

We represent a varied roster of clients – from start-up DLT companies to established trade associations and textile manufacturers – and our work for one type of client often informs our approach to another client’s matter in non-intuitive ways.

In court, we draw on a combined decades of litigation experience to quickly understand the complete dynamics of the case and move decisively to gain the upper-hand. Multiple federal clerkships, at both the trial- and appellate-court level, and extensive high-stakes federal jury trial experience allow us to isolate the most-important issues, explain them clearly, and best tell our clients’ stories.

We are the bane of modern troll-style plaintiffs’ lawyers, as exemplified by our recent total victory in Otto v. Nano, 19-CV-00054 (N.D. Cal.), where we successfully moved to dismiss eight of the plaintiff’s 11 claims, and then so battered his motion for class certification that opposing counsel was forced to withdraw it and move for voluntary dismissal.

Our clients include technology companies, fashion brands, cannabis companies, financial and fin-tech firms, media production companies, PR agencies, professional services groups, consulting companies, and artists. We frequently advise clients operating in new and unregulated spaces and clients pursuing novel business strategies with uncertain legal implications.

Our client relationships are often full life cycle, starting with the formation of a new business and continuing financing, operation, and sometimes founder exit.
