From founder lawsuits to commercial claims, he has represented plaintiffs and defendants in court and before arbitral tribunals. In addition to his extensive trial experience, Jake has resolved numerous cases through alternative dispute resolution techniques.  His mediation practice encompasses matrimonial, estate, and commercial matters.  

Jake also handles the negotiation of commercial agreements for services and other transactions. He began his career at boutique general practices in New York's Hudson Valley and, prior to attending law school, he served as an internal consultant and supply chain manager at an international corporation in the industrial and life sciences space.

Jake graduated with Distinction from Cornell University and magna cum laude from Pace University School of Law.
