​Kelly also represents a variety of clients in large real estate deals, commercial leasing, private-equity financing and commercial lending. Kelly’s professionally diverse background enables him to provide full-service corporate counsel to clients in a multitude of industries, including but not limited to the hospitality, high-tech, real estate development and the emerging California cannabis industries.

​Prior to founding Scoolidge Peters Russotti & Fox, Kelly worked for a leading New York litigation boutique, where he often appeared in federal court in American Indian law and general commercial cases. Early in his career, Kelly was an associate for an international trade and customs law firm and provided many months of pro bono legal services at the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office where he was sworn in as a Special Assistant District Attorney.

Kelly is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and the University of New Mexico where he received a bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentrations in finance and chemistry. Kelly actively practices law in the States of New York and California.
