​She is also experienced in estate administration and probate, including estate litigation.

During her career, Traci has represented companies in the negotiation and drafting of a wide variety of contracts, including joint venture agreements, service agreements, employment agreements, and commercial property leases. She has also served as counsel for entities undergoing mergers, acquisitions, and reorganization/restructuring, including drafting and amendment of operating agreements, bylaws, and other governance documents.

In addition to corporate and business law, Traci has years of experience in a trusts and estates practice, where she drafted, reviewed, and revised trust instruments, wills, and pre-/post-nuptial agreements. Traci has also represented individuals and entities in judicial accountings and contested probate proceedings. Merging her two areas of focus, Traci has worked with individual clients to create succession plans for their businesses, and assisted in the formation of 501(c)(3) exempt foundations and other nonprofit entities to achieve their charitable goals.

Traci is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and Princeton University, where she received her degree in philosophy.
