Yi-Hsin joined SPRF following a judicial clerkship with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. She previously practiced at a New York-based national law firm, where she represented financial services institutions in securities fraud disputes in court and before FINRA. She served as co-counsel on a motion for summary judgment that secured a full dismissal of a $57 million dispute arising from premium insurance financing.

Prior to her litigation practice, Yi-Hsin was a senior associate at Ernst & Young, Deloitte, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she advised on tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Her background in transactional tax and accounting informs her strategic approach to commercial litigation, particularly in matters involving intricate financial structures.
